Andy Collings - Head of Sales

Andy is responsible for the entire Sales operation within Accor Services.

Kate Brooks - Head of Client Account Management

Kate is responsible for the Account Management of our Childcare Vouchers clients.

Fay Bliss - Marketing Services Manager

Fay is responsible for working with clients to plan and implement communication programs that suit the needs of the organisation.

Alwyn Lisk - Customer Services Manager

Alwyn is responsible for the development and provision of customer-facing support services for paper and electronic Childcare Vouchers with the main aims being the smooth launch and implementation of the service for each client.

Andy Philpott - Marketing Director

Andy is responsible for all Marketing and New Product Development within Accor Services.

James Bradley - Familylife Solutions Manager

James joined Accor Services in 1999 with a broad range of business experience. He was educated at Oxford Brookes University, and is recognised as a national expert for the child support agency and provides expert advice for the CSA Handbook and CPAG. He is responsible for the nationwide child and family helpline that is part of the paper and electronic Childcare Voucher package.
