Are you registered/approved?
Parents can use tax and National Insurance exempt Childcare Vouchers for a range of care options, but they can only give them to registered or approved childcare providers.
Any registered (e.g. Ofsted, Care Commission, CSSIW) childcare provider is eligible to accept Edenred Childcare Vouchers. To accept our vouchers, you first of all need to apply to affiliate with us. If you have been previously paid by any parent using Edenred vouchers, then you are already affiliated and don't need to apply again.

Can you accept Childcare Vouchers? Find out if you’re eligible.
If you have not previously accepted our Childcare Vouchers and wish to start, please click on Accept Childcare Vouchers to the right of this screen. You will then be prompted to complete a simple online form, providing your contact, registration and payment details. At the end of the process you will be asked to provide us with a copy of your registration certificate.
After you have completed your application and provided us with a copy of your certificate we will send you, by post, confirmation of your Edenred account number, which will begin with the letter 'P'.
